The medical weight loss clinic run by specialist doctors

Terms and Conditions

This information describes the financial relationship between yourself and The Reduce Clinic Limited. We want to ensure that you are fully aware of the services we offer and the associated fees and charges. We update our website regularly so as to make sure that there is full transparency.

Payment for our services is required at the time of booking a consultation and/or requesting medication, so as to ensure a smooth process. We request your credit/debit card details, which are then encrypted on Stripe software. When you registered with us you accepted our terms and conditions and consented to us charging your card. When you make an appointment for an initial consultation or review, you acknowledge that you are under the care of your specialist. We may then involve others in your care and management if required, such as a dietitian or psychotherapist. Additional fees will be incurred for these additional services, as detailed on our website.

We provide our services to adults aged 18 years and over. We do not provide weight management services to children.

Cancellation of a Consultation
If cancellation of a consultation is requested more than seven full working days prior to the appointment then a full refund will be provided. Cancellations within seven full working days will not be refunded, however an alternative appointment may be provided, at the discretion of the company.

Cancellation of Medication Order
Orders for medication are processed electronically so that once processed no refund can be provided. However, if the injectable pen is faulty on receipt or if there is a dispensing error then a replacement or refund will be made.

Your specialist may advise additional medication such as anti-sickness medication. In such cases your specialist may provide a private prescription to be dispensed at a pharmacy of your choice. There will be no charge for the private prescription. The pharmacist would then charge you for the cost of that specific medication.

The Reduce Clinic Limited will have access to your personal data as part of providing services to you. Your personal data will only be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal accounting or reporting requirements.

Access to the information will be strictly limited to those who are entitled to see it as part of their duties and in accordance with our company policies. The Reduce Clinic Limited has a separate Data Protection Policy and a Security Policy which sets out in detail how your information will be used and how it would be protected. These documentations are available on request.
